Shipping & Terms: All orders are prepaid, Discover, MasterCard/Visa, American Express or COD. We deliver free in the Portland-Metro area on weekdays. Portland area orders placed before noon are delivered the next working morning (Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri). All other orders placed before noon are roasted and shipped the same day.  Order a minimum 15 pounds of combined coffees or 10 pounds of teas and receive free ground shipping within the continental United States.  Most coffee and tea related items are subject to published shipping rates. 
 
Pricing: Since all prices are subject to the fluctuating coffee market, please feel free to ask for current pricing when you place your order. 
 
Coffee: Our minimum coffee order is 15 pounds. We package the freshly roasted coffee in 5-pound poly-sealed bags. We custom pack 3-pound bags for an additional 20 cents per pound. Call for pricing on the many other packaging options available. Private labeling is offered at no additional charge. Creating exciting new blends for you or matching existing blends is OCR’s specialty. 
 
Tea: Our minimum order is 10 pounds. You may order as little as 2 pounds of tea with a minimum coffee order of 15 pounds. Teas are packaged in 2-pound transparent poly-sealed bags. 
 
Coffee-Related Products: All related items such as Torani syrups, airpots, candies, coffee bags and chocolates are available with a minimum coffee or tea order.   
 
Specialty Packaging: Choose to have your coffee packaged in convenient pre-measured pillow packs, available in silver and gold. For bulk sales--half pound, one pound and 2-ounce colored foil bags come in nine colors and make a beautiful presentation of coffee or tea. We can also package in the traditional tin tie bags, available in half and one pound sizes. Ask us to private label any of these bags for you and we’ll do it at no additional charge after a modest one-time setup fee. 
 
Gift Basket Customers: You’ll find a great selection of items for gift baskets. Combine our specialty packaging with single serve chai or cocoa packets, packaged candies, honey sticks, tea infusers and much more.
